Silk Touch

Since the mid-1990's , the physicians at MDLSVI have used the Silktouch CO2 ablative laser to treat many kinds of skin problems. It has an adjustable type of laser energy that vaporizes tissue. It is used now primarily to treat unwanted growths such as resistant warts. Its use for facial resurfacing has generally been replaced by less invasive, fractional lasers.
